Table setup

Per-table booking rules. Walk-in only tables are the host's to seat at the door - they're never offered for online booking or shown in availability. Use Shape to control each table's appearance in the table-view board. Adjacent sets which tables can be combined for large parties. Tags are guest-facing attributes (patio, city view…) that filter availability search and booking.
